The Adjustable Height Parallette Bars can be used for various different gymnastic applications. The Parallettes can be used at the highest setting for skills like straddle press handstands or pike throughs where a little extra room is helpful. Lower the parallettes closer to the floor for extra confidence, or additional challenge in plank conditioning for instance.

  • Train handstands and take the stress off gymnast's wrists with low to the ground profile.
  • Use individually as floor bars.
  • Raise or lower each bar to three different heights using an easy pull knob system.
  • Features a steel base with a solid Beechwood bar that is made to last.
  • Hook Velcro on the bottom keeps the parallettes in place when used on closed-loop surfaces, providing stability.
